How to install security certificate from a zip file.

Trying to set up my exchange e-mail account. The security certificate is in a zip file. I saved the zip file to Drive and extracted the files from it. When I go through the steps to install on the G3 it won't allow me to select the individual files to install. They're visible but grey'd out. Any suggestions?

Set Up Corporate Email (Exchange ActiveSync®) - LG G3

Note Contact the Exchange or IT administrator for assistance with server information and credentials.

From a home screen, tap Apps Apps icon (located at the bottom).
From the Apps tab, tap Settings.
Tap Add Account.
Tap Microsoft Exchange.
Enter the appropriate Email address and Password then tap Next.
Enter the appropriate information into the following fields:
Domain\Username
Password
Server
Ensure the following settings are configured as appropriate then tap Next:
Note Enabled when a check mark is present.
Use secure connection (SSL)
Accept all SSL certificates
Client certificate
Port
If presented with the 'Remote security administration' prompt, tap OK.
From the Inbox checking frequency field, tap the drop down menu Drop down menu icon (located to the right).
Tap one of the following:
Automatic (Push)
Never
Every 15 minutes
Every 30 minutes
Every hour
Every 2 hours
Every 4 hours
From the Days to sync field, tap the drop down menu Drop down menu icon.
Tap one of the following:
Automatic
One day
Three days
One week
Two weeks
One month
All
Tap (check) any of the following then tap Done.
Send email from this account by default.
Notify me when email arrives.
Sync contacts from this account.
Sync calendar from this account.
Sync tasks from this account.
Sync email from this account.
Automatically download attachments when connected to Wi-Fi.
Sync over Wi-Fi only
If presented with Activate device administrator? screen:
Tap Activate
Tap the appropriate Unlock option (e.g. Password, PIN, etc.).
Note If applicable, review the Password policy then tap OK to continue.
Enter the required password, PIN or pattern then tap OK.
Re-enter the password, PIN or pattern then tap OK.
If desired, enter an account name then tap Next.
