s4 battery died, now it won't turn on or show that its charging
The battery on my s4 died at work today before I could get home to charge it. When I was finally able to get it on the charger I left it alone for about 15 minutes but the battery charging light never came on. I let it charge for another hour but still no light and it won't turn on. I've been messing with it since then after reading numerous posts on forums such as this but nothing seems to work. The only time it shows any sign of life is if I take the battery out and put it back in, but even then the Samsung logo only flashes for a second and then it's dead again. I guess I should note that the phone felt abnormally warm last night in my pocket, which I thought was strange because I wasn't using it for anything. I'm starting to think the battery might be shot, but is there anything I can do in the mean time to get it up and running until I can replace it???
