how to load firmware to Alps pebble 10 tablet?

my tab is not showing the return bar at the bottom of the screen (where all the four buttons shows - return, home , apps switch button), . So, i am unable to go back every time I have to switch off my tab. and keep showing that 'cps is not working'. and its automatically starts downloading useless apps and keep showing full screen ads on it. I am just totally tired of it. Pls, give some advice what to do.

Have you checked settings for an update? Do a factory reset if you don't have any updates. It sounds like you might have some malware installed.

1. If an update doesn't work, you may have to flash the stock ROM.

2. Those "useless apps" may be needed apps. Some apps use parts of other apps, even if you never use those other apps.
