How do I make a downloaded ringtones available on the a Note 7?

I have moved my old ringtones to my new Note 7 via wifi-direct. They show up in my files, but when I go into an app to customize their ringtone/notification, only the system notification sounds are available.

How do I make downloaded options available? I've downloaded them from Zedge if that helps.
