How do I make it use the Epson iPrint app by default?

When I open an image and click print, it doesn't give me the option to select the paper type.

However, if I open the image and go to share, it gives me to option to share via the Epson iPrint app. If I chose that, then I get a lot more options, such as being able to select the paper type.

How can I make it use the iPrint app by default whenever I want to print, without having to go to the "sharing" options?

That, unfortunately, would be up to the Epson iPrint app. Whatever options it gives you through the Print option are the only ones available through the system 'plugin'. If you share through the app itself, however, it seems more options are available, but printing through the app cannot be set as default as it is not a 'printer' service in the eyes of the system, only whatever printer profile/driver the Epson app installed.
