How do i download games from the Play Store to the DS card on my samsung galaxy Express 3

Welcome to Android Central! Samsung doesn't officially support Adoptable Storage, but you might be able to enable it this way: https://www.xda-developers.com/enable-adoptable-storage-for-galaxy-s7-and-s7-edge/

If you can't, then you won't be able to install apps directly to the SD card. They have to download and install to Internal Storage first, after which you can go to the App Manager, and try to Move to SD.
