How do I make "Ok Google" Work even when the screen is turned off on Samsung Galaxy J7?

Welcome to Android Central! Open the Google app, tap Menu>Settings>Google Assistant Settings>Assistant>Phone, and make sure Access with Voice Match is turned on. Under that heading, does it say "even if your screen is off"?

Samsungs got a track record of blocking that feature from working even when enabled. So the phone may not even support it.
