How do I make the side button in the Tag heuer connected work again ?

Got my Tag heuer connected 2 weeks ago
Suddenly the side button is not responding.
I did factory reset but didn't help

Welcome to Android Central. It sounds like the button itself has failed. You would need to contact whomever you bought the watch from and get a warranty claim.
