how do I move a file on polaris to my files stored on my tablet

I have saved files in Polaris office. I want to move them to the quick link on tablet that says my files. The original spreadsheet I have under my files wants to link with Polaris. I bring up the file on Polaris and make changes to the file. I want to have this changed file in "My files" app on my tablet. It will only show the original file there. How can I move that polaris file to "My files"?

Files don't get moved to apps, apps see files. My Files can see any app that's in a folder you have read permissions to, you just have to know where the file is. (No, it's not "in Polaris", it's in a folder.) Actually, so can File Browser in Polaris.

(If it's in a folder you don't have read permissions to, you'll have to either email the file to yourself [from Polaris' File Browser - long-press the file, then Send] or you'll have to root the phone so you have permissions to the entire file system.
