How do I move an app between phones?

how do i move an app between phones.

My question is about licenses and downloading costly apps $$$.
If I buy an app and install it on one phone, and then get a new phone, will I have to pay again? Likewise if the app is revised, are upgrades automatically free? In general, how are licenses managed and where are policies documented? Who can I call if I have a problem downloading an app? For example if the phone does not have enough memory to run the app, and I have already paid, how would I get my money back?

Purchased apps can be used on all compatible devices and you don't pay for upgrades after you purchased the app.
