How do I move downloaded files to my SD card?

I have an LG Leon. I've downloaded some of my files from my gmail and want to move them to my SD card. How can I do that?

Use a file manager app like Total Commander to copy or move the files from the download location (probably the directory called Download) to a directory in the SD card.

You can also connect the phone to your computer via USB cord and use Windows Explorer to drag and drop the files.
