How do I move my photos from internal storage to the SD card on the Note 8?

I got my 128gb as card today!! Yay!!
How do I move all my pictures from gallery to it?

Go to your My Files app, find the photos you're wanting in your internal storage. Press and hold on the photos and select the ones you want moved. Then click the three dots at top right of screen and click Move. Then move it to the SD card.

I'd copy instead of move - then delete the originals if the copy went well., We've had too many people come here after moving files, complaining that the move blew up and they lost the files.

I was going to mention, using Google or Samsung cloud to sit backup which can automatic remove photos after they are.

You can make the SD card the default location in some apps.

I'd also add that it would be best (although not required) to format the card in your phone BEFORE putting any data on it. It could prevent future issues.
