How can I move all my pics on my Samsung phone to my sd card

Welcome to Android Central! Use My Files or any other file manager app to Copy the image files to the SD card. When you're sure they copied correctly, then delete the originals. This is safer than using the Move command, because if something goes wrong with the file transfer, the original files will still be deleted.

You can also connect your phone to your computer via USB and use the PC's Windows Explorer to drag and drop the photos. When you connect the phone, swipe down the notification panel and tap the USB icon, then select MTP (or File Transfer). Then open the phone's storage in Windows Explorer.

If these photos are important, though, I would strongly recommend backing them up somewhere more reliable, like a physical hard drive or a cloud storage service. SD cards are not as reliable as phone storage, and phones can also fail without notice.
