How do I move pictures to SD? LG G4

Hi!
I have no idea how I can move my pictures to my sdcard. When I go to settings - storage, I can't change settings?
Also, I've already moved the apps I could, (at least 3 GB) and it still says I have no room left. Nothing has changed??
Can anybody please help me, my phone is still as good as useless now... Thanks!

Ps: tip: do not buy this phone, so many problems...

Using your file browser app:
Create a folder to hold your pictures on the SD card.
On the internal storage select your images to move.
COPY the images to the folder SD card.
Restart the phone to force the file buffers to be flushed.

Using your picture viewing app, verify that the images are properly on the SD card.
Using your file browser app, delete the images from the internal storage.

If your file browser app implements its own "recycle bin", empty that.

In the camera app, change the settings to save the images to the SD card.

Repeat the above for your music, videos, and documents.

Assuming you don't have the boot loop problems, the LG G4 is actually a great phone.
