How do I play flash video?

I bought an Android Viewsonic G Tablet 3 weeks ago. The salesperson told me I should consider purchasing it instead of the IPAD because the video function was a lot better on the G Tablet. I get home and realize I cannot even download Adobe Flash Player to watch videos. That I should be able to download it December 18th. Well, December 18th arrived and still no adobe flash player. I called them last week and was told that they hope to have things worked out by January 31st. Who launches a product without it being fully operational? When I called the tech support number for the g tablet, I was told I can download another flash player until the adobe flash player can be downloaded, but they would not tell me where to find it because it was "not their product". PLEASE help someone. Can you tell me where to find a flash player that will work on the G Tablet?
