How do I put my Galaxy Note 5 calls on hold?

I found instructions that said, while on a call, hit the "more" selection, but the only thing I see is something about adjusting the volume (can't remember the exact wording).

Welcome to Android Central! Are you talking about putting a current call on hold, or are you talking about blocking any calls from coming in? If the former, then the Mute function is essentially the Hold button. It's usually a microphone icon -- tap it, and when it shows a line through it, you're muted, and therefore the call is on hold for the other party.
