How do I put my touch key light back on?

Touch key light is off...please help

I have Samsung Galaxy Core Prime.
Touch keys ( Back button on right and recent apps button on left) are always off.
I can't find a setting for this any where in the phone. How to switch on touch key lights ?

Power saving mode OFF. (ultra power saving mode) no other power saving mode is present in phone.

It sounds like they may be turned off in the power saving settings. Check there.

Did you look under phone settings, Display, scroll down to touch key duration and make sure it's not set to always off?
