How do I put my touch key light back on?

Touch key light is always off ...please help

I have Samsung Galaxy Core Prime.
Touch keys ( Back button on right and recent apps button on left) are always off.
I can't find a setting for this any where in the phone. How to switch on touch key lights ?
Thanks in advance.
(no powre saving mode in this phone. Only ultra power saving mode is present, and that is off)

It sounds like they may be turned off in the power saving settings. Check there.
