How do I re-start google play services on my samsung phone

I 'Force stop' google play on a samsung phone and now want to re-start it but couldn't.
Kindly assist.

To jumpstart it, try downloading an app off the Google Play Store. Or if you have a Google account, if its signed in to the device sign it out and sign back in. As it uses the Google Play Services and Google Account Manager to sign it in, it might jumpstart it. Or going to the stock browser and doing the same thing. If your Google account is signed in on the stock browser, sign out. I know for a fact that the stock browser uses Google Play Services to sign it in to the browser because when I do it on my tablet and hit the windows button, it says Google Play Services is launched while its signing in. Hope this helps. If it doesn't I will try to think of more ways to jumpstart it.
