How do I receive sound notification for my Outlook email on the S7?

For work, I have an Outlook email account. I just moved to the S7 and I am unable to get my phone to give me a sound notification when receiving an email (or sending one, for that matter!). When I go to Notifications and select my account, it lists "Notification Sound" and Vibrate. When I tap Notification Sound, it brings me to a screen that says "Go Premium." I don't think I should have to pay to hear when an email is coming in... or do I?
