How do I record my telephone calls?

This is not illegal as long as one person in the phone conversation knows the call is being recorded. That would be me.
Thanks,
Rob
Depends on the states that the parties to the call are in. Remember Linda Tripp?

Some states, Florida and California for instance as well as several other states, are all party consent states and if any of the parties are in one of those states, you could be charged with a crime in those states even if you never set foot in those states if you record their voice without informing them you are so doing.

And it is legal to record phone conversations as long as one person in the conversation knows a recording is being made.
Not in my state it isn't. You really need to know the laws of the state that all parties to the call are in at the time the call is conducted.

Federal law
there are state laws on this, too. In California for instance, it is an all party consent state and if you record a call with someone who is physically in California at the time of the call and do not inform them you are so doing, you have committed a crime in California and are subject to extradition if California were to charge you with the crime.
