How do I recover my password for my Tablet?

I locked myself out of a tablet.

So I set a password to my tablet, didn't use it for a while and then I forgot it, the name of the tablet is Yuntab 7 inch tablet Q88 or something like that...Any help would be appreciated.

Try a factory reset in the recovery mode.

I'm not really sure how it works on your device but try the following:
- Turn your device off
- Hold Vol. + and Power button

There you can maybe do a Factory Rest but it will delete all your data.

It doesn't work it just boots up normally...

Go to google.com on your computer. Type android device manager, login to your Gmail, it will show your tablet location, click on lock device and you can change the password
