How do i recover the operating system on a Samsung A11?

Ok, it's been a while since ibe tried to do anything with it. 1 day I was headed home and my car broke down, when I tried to use my phone there was something wrong. It wouldn't do anything. Had a blank screen. I tried to reset it and I think I accidentally wiped out the operating system. This happened around an update time. Frustrated I bought a new phone but I still have the A11 and I loved it. Hopefully someone can help me restore the operating system so I can use it again, cause right now it's just a paper weight

Welcome to Android Central! You can't wipe out the OS yourself with a reset, so it might be more of a problem with corrupt firmware or faulty hardware.

Leave it charging on a wall outlet for 6 hours undisturbed, then press and hold Power for about 30 seconds. Does anything happen?

If you can get into download mode then use Odin to flash the stock firmware , once you respond i can guide you for that .
