how do I remotely use my android tablet on my pc?

I got a Google Pixel C a couple months ago. I really want to control it with my computer. The reason I am not using bluestacks or droid 4x is because my computers video card stinks. If I remote desktop it to my pc then I could use its hardware instead of my computer. Help?
