How do I remove a "pin on screen" that is minimised

My idle screen has always on display showing the time, but all of a sudden I have a "pin on screen below the time! I have no idea how it got there os how to remove it, can you help me please.

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean by "pin on screen"? Do you mean that you see a message that says "pin on screen"? Or you see an icon that look like a pin?
