Photos taken by the Pixel Fold.

Reviving this thread because I recently got a Fold for cheap from Woot to see what the fuss is all about with these bendy-wendy gizmos! Here are my first pics.

Excellent how's the experience

Enjoying it so far! It's really nice to unfold it for media consumption, viewing my photos, and doing some occasional productivity stuff (although it's still much more preferable to do the latter on one of my Chromebooks). The crease in the middle is still fairly distracting to me -- not sure if I'll ever get used to that. But overall, really nice. I didn't immediately go back to my Pixel 9 Pro XL, which says a lot!

That's a good thing and the crease is a first gen one so it's getting better with next year almost invisible..I'm always using my Fold opened

I'm too much of a cheapskate to go for more current Folds at the eye-watering price, even with trade-ins! But yeah, I would imagine the current generation is a lot more refined. There's something to be said about the passport size of the 1st gen, though.

Exactly and why they are all coming back to the passport size haha

That size is perfect for a foldable in my opinion, the crease in beginning u notice but after time its like it is not there, it was Google's first generation.

I liked passport format when I used it first then moved on to Z Fold coz of Pixel Fold weight. Got one used in excellent condition for $250 recently and see that Google refined software experience a lot on this device. The battery life on this beats my Z Fold 6 comfortably now. Hope Google brings this form factor back with less bezels and less weight.

Elijah is a magnificent piece. It looks like a great venue.
