How do I remove accuweather lockscreen from android

Accuweather lockscreen automatically appeared on my android device and now I have to swipe to unlock accuweather lockscreen plus enter my passcode on my device to unlock, its annoying because adds pop up automatically and it takes forever t be able to answer my calls do to that accuweather lockscreen. I've tried settings and app manager it for some reason my device doesn't give me that option, could someone help on how to remove the accuweather lockscreen?

Welcome to Android Central! It's almost certainly due to some other app you installed. Uninstall apps one by one until that goes away.
