Android Central Question

After i was forced to get this ui update on feb 2019, i was unhappy with it from the start. While using the message app installed on this phone, i noticed that when texting a person from your contacts they show the phone number under the contact name. This part is stupid. I had this issue back in the s6 edge and i completly hate it. Before the update they never had the phone number under contacts and it was just the contact name. How do i remove this dumb feature or remove this dumb update to begin with. I screenshot message from client to client but i dont want their number to be shown. If this cannot be fixed im switching to apple again as before this update everything was awesome and now being forced to update to this ****ty ui update, i completly hate android phones. And with this update it drains my battery, from 100 percent to 80 percent battery in 10 mins with doing my stuff normally on routine.

Since texts are sent to phone numbers, not to names, you can't. You can edit the screenshot, and black out the number.

i completly hate android phones.
Samsung is just one manufacturer of Android phones, you have a choice of about a dozen others. And a few dozen texting apps. (And even a few custom ROMs.)

And updates usually eat a lot of battery until they settle down. Even iOS does.

With Apple, you have one "choice" of manufacturer and one "choice" of messaging app. And if you don't like something about the phone, or about the update, there's nothing you can do about it.
