Every time I open the Chrome Browser I get the fake "13 viruses have been detected" warning and it tries to convince me to download some shady application. Even though I set the start page in Chrome to google.com, I get the "systemwarning.online" page every time I start Chrome.

I scanned my Sony Xperia with CM Security, Clean Master, Malwarebytes Antimalware and AVG Protection. But none of them was able to detect and fix the problem.

Is there a way to get rid of this malware/redirector?

Welcome to Android Central! Clear the Chrome app's data, as well as the cache, in the Settings>Apps menu. Does this only happen when you visit certain sites?

It happens every time I open Chrome. It has became the starting page. Changing the starting page manually doesn't make a difference.

EDIT: I just did what you told me and looks like it fixed the problem.
