How do I remove the icon with white circles inside a grey square on my samsung s21

Looks like it might be part of the third-party launcher or theme settings.

Very strange , I have not come across this on Samsung phones , that's why I'm thinking something new on s21 phones
 
I dont' think its the accessibility menu. Because you can only use system settings with accessibility. But what the OP has does look like Accessibility from an iphone. So im thinking like @jope28 said it a launcher setting.
 
Yeah at first it looked similar to assistant menu but thats totally different, it could be the launcher OP using or something else downloaded
