How do I remove the suggested apps from the all apps screen

When I enter the all apps screen on my phone. There is a search bar at the top of the list that didn't go away when I scroll down, there are also 4 suggested apps just under this but these stay at the top. I would like to know if these can be removed or not. I don't use Google Now so don't send me to a link under the same question because it's not the same thing.

There is way to remove the suggested apps bar and the search apps bar. For thoughs looking to remove it without google now. On the main home screen. Press and hold on a blank area of the screen, go to settings and then un-check the box that says show recommended apps. I've been looking for a solution to this all day and have seen countless posts on it with no answer and no one seems to have a clue, but there you are guys that are ripping their hair out because they don't use google now
