How do I remove the usage notification in the newest ICS leak?

Curiosity got the best of me and I clicked on the "usage" option on the pull down menu and now it won't go away, any help is greatly appreciated.

settings-> usage? if, so, hit the back button. otherwise, we need more information

I actually looked at the menu, and I now have a notification that will not go away.

it is possible that you have set a limit on your data usage. Check settings-usage, and, adjust the limit. It might be a warning that you are approaching your "set" data limit for the month.
