How do I remove V Cast media manager from my phone?

For no apparent reason the V CAST media manager began showing up on my phone. There are 6 of them now and there's no obvious way to delete them. I don't recall agreeing to such a thing. I have had this phone for 4 years now.

I'm guessing that's the Verizon V Cast service? If so, it's installed on the system partition and can't be deleted. You should be able to disable it by going into system settings - applications - v cast. Let us know if that helps.
