The front glass needs to be replaced. Broken from Samsung Logo and feathered cracks half down.

I'd be inclined to entrust that to a repairer. Attempting such repairs yourself can lead to problems and, in the long run, greater expense.

I agree with what Belodion has said, you must consult repairer.I was facing the similar problems and in addition to this my Samsung Galaxy S4's battery was giving me some issues and it was on its last 10% battery charge.
