How do I reset my phone when i can't unlock it and it wont hard reset?

I have an android model L58VL C6 and i forgot my password. It also wont hard reset. What should i do?

You can attempt to log into your Google account using a PC. Once there, choose the forgot password option and see what options you have available.

In order to reset your phone, you'll have to have your password.

It's worth noting that Google's Find My Device feature won't let you remotely change your password. If the phone already has a password, all you can do remotely is to lock the phone (using that password). If the phone didn't have any screen lock set up to begin with, that's when Find My Device will let you create a new password and then lock the phone with it.
