How do i reset my s secure pattern?

I forgot my s secure pattern

This isn't something you can simply bypass and reset. Otherwise it wouldn't be a very good security feature. So your options are to hopefully remember it, or factory reset the phone. The reset is not without its drawbacks too. You'll lose all of your data and you'll still have to enter your Google account email and password when setting it up again to prove you are the legitimate owner of the phone. If you don't remember that you pretty much have an expensive paperweight.
