How do I reset the phone to factory default?

I try deleting couple of stuff, move few stuff, and clean up the phone but it always say memory full. So...

How do I reset the phone to factory default?

Are you rooted? If so what rom? Old or new phone?

I never bother rooting the phone. I did it on my previous phone though. I got this phone back in April of last year.

Do a factory reset in settings>>privacy>>factoryreset... IF AND ONLY IF YOU ARENT ROOTED!! And wait to do it until another person seconds my idea.

Download Superbox on the market. Use it to clear Cache, and History. And after moving apps to the SD card, restart your phone then check how much space you have
