How do i reverse disabling bixby?

I tried to disable bixby because I kept pushing the button on the side of my s9 thinking it was the volume. There was a message saying that by disabling it might cause other apps not to run properly. I had some music apps that acted funny after doing that but I dont know how to reverse what I did. From settings I clicked on apps and Bixby voice, vision, and home are the ones that show they are disabled. How do I reverse that in hopes my music apps work right now?

In the bixby settings you can choose to open bixby with a single press of the bixby button or a double press.
