How do I root 4.1.1 LJ7 on a Mac?

I force installed the LJ7 OTA ... runs great ... but now I can't figure out how to root!

Does anyone know of a working method ? I'm on a Mac, so that would be easier, but I guess I could fire up Parallels if necessary...

I don't know anything about no macs. I haven't even seen a guide for one anywhere. However, if you have a Sprint Phone and can get to a windows computer here is a guide and all files needed.
