Hi try framaroot to root your alcatel that's what I used and it worked or try possibly z4root it is an older version but still possible to root your alcatel. Both apps you can download to your phone and root your phone no pc required but use at your own risk hope this works for you

Hi I tried both of those with mine and they didn't work but KingRoot did work it took about four to five times trying I was about to give up on it but I didn't and it Rooted one thing u have to do is keep clearing the cache on KingRoot
