How do I select a pic from Google photos as home and lock screen on an S2 tablet?

how to select pic from gogle photos as home and lock screen on s2 tablet

there are no photos in my gallery. I have loaded all photos from my phone into goggle photos and can't figure out how to use one of them to set lock screen wallpaper

On the photo view click on the three dots in the upper right, and select use as. Then select wallpaper
