How do I set my phone to always use Touchwiz home?

My phone constantly asks me to select a launcher, Touch wiz home or Touch wiz easy. I've tried to set touchwiz home as default, but it keeps asking to select. I've also tried a 3rd party launcher, but it just asked me to select between that and the other two touchwiz launchers.
Quite annoying, and I'd love to be able to get rid of touch wiz...

Do I need to back up and restore my phone?

It should ask you to Use Once, or Always, if you select always, then you should be good to go. HOWEVER you can still change the launcher via Settings, (scroll down to Device) Home, then change it in there.

Thanks for the advice mate, unfortunately I don't have a "Always" or a "Just once" option.
I've also tried going through the Home Screen and selecting a Launcher that way, it asks me to press the home key to confirm selection, but it's like it's not saving.

I've uploaded what I see more less everytime in use the phone

Not sure why it's saying my Bet365 app is a launcher either

Try and uninstall the Goole Now launcher, once done does that help?

Get into recovery and clear cache partition ...

Switch your Samsung Galaxy S6 completely. Boot into Galaxy S6 recovery mode by pressing and holding Volume Down, Home and Power keys at the same time. Release all three buttons when Samsung Galaxy S6 screen flickers and you see a warning sign. Press Volume Up to continue to the main screen of Recovery mode.

See if that gives you the option to select 'always' on that screen shot of yours.
