How do I set the spelling of a proper name for voice recognition in texting on a Galaxy S5 Active?

I use my grandson's name a lot in texting and it has an uncommon spelling. I have deleted the name that is spelled more commonly from the predictive text but that does not work.

Settings>General management>Language and Input>Personal dictionary> + > type the desired name on top and the keyboard shortcut (likely the exact same as the desired name) in the lower field.

My mom's grand-kids have unusual names, too.
