How do I set up an email on my Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini?

I've just got a Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini and want to set up email on it.

I use Mozilla Thunderbird at home, and have never used mobile email before so I'm not sure how to set it up. I've tried suggestions from different forums, but none of them work. I want my phone to be able to recieve the same emails that will be sent to my computer at home (uses Mozilla Thunderbird), and I just can't figure out what information I need to put in which box on my phone.
