How do I set up mobile data/mms on my HTC One M7 if I don't have an APN option?

No APN option on HTC One M7

Trying to set up mobile data/MMS on a second hand HTC One M7. Going to Settings>Mobile/Internet>More and there is no APN option to input the settings to - just VPN.

Does anyone have any idea why APN is not there as an option?

This is for a phone in the UK, on Giffgaff network.

There should be Mobile networks in More networks. APNs should be in Mobile networks. (Some carriers disable the option to change the aPN settings or add a new APN.)
