Question Resetting Nokia C22

Hello, I'm new here and I have Nokia c22 that the factory reset tab is inactive, the phone also installed an app but it restarts immediately you tap the installed app. It also cannot go to safe mode. What could be the possible solution?

I have had the device for long but after completing the loan it went inactive for factory reset

Maybe contact the loan company to see what they say, maybe they have some influence on this
