Setup Wireless LAN with Win7 Laptop and Galaxy Tab 2

I hosted Local php website in Win7 laptop (IPaddress 192.168.100.11,
subnet mask 255.255.255.0).

I want to access this site Galaxy Tab 2

how to do?

Laptop contains a Wifi-adapter, and I have only these 2 devices
no router or anything in between them

That depends on what you mean by "hosted". Are you using ICS or something else? (If you want internet access, it's going to have to be through the Ethernet port on the laptop - you can't use the same wifi hardware for both the internet connection and the client connection.)
