how do i shut voice on p/c

i drop my keyboard now i heard a voice saying everything i type how do i shut it

Not sure what kind of PC or OS you have, but you might have hit a key combination that activated Accessibility options. If you're using a Windows PC, most likely it's the Narrator feature with the 'Echo user's keystrokes' option enabled. Just disable that and you should be good to go!
