How do i stop downloading English (US) in back ground ?

My Handset is Vivo V7 plus. Offline speech English (US) is automatically downloading in my handset . I want to stop it.

Open the Google app, go to Settings > Voice > Offline speech recognition, tap the Auto-update tab and select "Do not auto-update languages".
