How do I stop getting DM service notices?

I am sick of DM service

Hello guys, i am having Samsung sprint s5. I was running it on kitkat 4.4.2 and it was working fine, but few days back it downloaded android version 5.0 Lollipop and i installed it. But since then it shows "Checking device status" Please wait .. it is of Samsung DM service. it never goes off until i force stop and clear cache of it. After 15-20 mins it again pops up.
Please suggest any solutions.

This one: Cheking Device Status, Samsung DM?

I have the same problem whith my Galaxy S5 when i update to Lollipop, i appreciate if you can share your solution with me.
